Elite level coaching for everyday people.
TrueForm is an AI fitness platform that turns any smartphone into an intelligent gym coach. The phone as sensor. No hardware. No manual setup. Just the device already in your pocket.
Most people training seriously have no one watching them.
Good form is the difference between long-term progress and injury — yet the vast majority of gym-goers train alone, with no expert feedback. Existing solutions fall short where it matters most.
- Personal trainers cost £75–150 per session and are absent for most of training.
- Video tutorials are passive — they cannot observe your actual form.
- Hardware systems cost £2,000+ and are tied to one space.
Three models. One unified session. Zero input required.
TrueForm combines real-time exercise detection, muscle activity analysis, and form correction into a single, always-on coaching experience.
Workout classifier
Passive exercise detection identifies movements in under a second, logs every set automatically, and keeps you in flow — no taps, no timers.
Muscle activation
Real-time mapping shows what each rep actually loads — so you can verify intent, chase weak links, and catch compensations before they become habits.
Form correction
Mid-rep directional cues overlay on screen while you move — not a lagging summary after the fact. Adjust joints in the moment when motor patterns are plastic.

For me, TrueForm is personal. I've trained seriously for years and experienced firsthand the gap between what a good coach provides and what most people who train ever have access to. We are not building a fitness app, we are building the infrastructure to close that gap permanently
